We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. All items will be sent by Royal Mail and should be delivered within 2-4 days of placing the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We accept full returns, exchanges and refunds for cases purchased in error or in the unlikely event that you do not like the case or cover.

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong case or cover in error or if the item is faulty, then we will cover the postage both ways. The full purchase price will be refunded to your card or Paypal account on receipt of the returned item.
