As each personalised case is made to order, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty, not as described, or has a manufacturing defect. We’re unable to offer returns for incorrect model selection.
Delivery Information
All prices listed on the website include FREE UK delivery.
These phone cases are custom made to order and require approx 2-3 days in production. All items will be sent by tracked courier and should be delivered within 2-4 days of the order is dispatched (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
At busy times there may be a delay, but we always try to aim for these guidelines.
Custom Product T&Cs
Please ensure you select the correct size case. You can only return personalised items if they are faulty, not as described, or have a manufacturing defect. You cannot return a personalised item simply because you changed your mind or because you ordered the wrong size.
If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong case or cover in error or if the item is faulty, then we will cover the postage both ways. The full purchase price will be refunded to your card or Paypal account on receipt of the returned item.
